San Juan Capistrano Farmers Market

I'm a sucker for local farmers markets and yesterday we found a new one. On Wednesday afternoons from 3-6pm there is a small farmers market in Old Town San Juan Capistrano, located at Yorba St. and Camino Capistrano. There was a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh flowers, baked goods and best of all there was live music to stroll to.

Yesterday was a beautiful afternoon, so we explored the market, picked up some sweet peas, garlic/sun dried tomato hummus and pita bread and then sat in the park next door listening to the live music and feeding S her afternoon bottle and enjoying her smiles and coos.

It was another great afternoon with my mom and baby!

My mom, referred to as Mama L, and I have been talking about starting a blog for quite some time now. We are always trying new recipes and making new crafts - always being told by friends and family that we need to sell our creations. Instead of selling them we've decided to share our crafty ideas, yummy recipes along with our funny adventures here on our blog. Please follow us and enjoy. We are always trying to find new places to explore, new recipes to cook for our families and most of all we're just having fun!
