Class of 2015

It's the time of year again, the Class of 2015 is headed off to the next adventure in life!

We were asked to do some simple décor for a graduation party on a yacht in Newport Beach. Not knowing the layout and what will be there we went with it.

6 small flower arrangements tailored for a graduate of the University of Michigan
4 large balloon towers
party favors of suckers
Congrats Banner for the graduate
Flags to hang off the boat
Chalkboard sign with a little message about the occasion

Here is how it all turned out -

The dock next to the boat, directing guests where to go

Chalkboard sign for the Graduate
Flowers in whit, yellow and blue. Gold vases covered in ribbons, including Michigan ribbon. Suckers rolled together like a diploma and adorned with a graduation cap.

Balloon tower with 36" clear balloon filled with confetti and attached to a post covered in tissue paper, garlands, tassels and ribbons.

Everyone had a great time and celebrated Alex's graduation in style!

My mom, referred to as Mama L, and I have been talking about starting a blog for quite some time now. We are always trying new recipes and making new crafts - always being told by friends and family that we need to sell our creations. Instead of selling them we've decided to share our crafty ideas, yummy recipes along with our funny adventures here on our blog. Please follow us and enjoy. We are always trying to find new places to explore, new recipes to cook for our families and most of all we're just having fun!
